You asked me to write with words

all the contents of my heart

can pages capture all

can words tell

are there enough

in the expanse

to say to pass from me into you

all

that passed into me of you

that passed into you of me

you asked me

and here I but give back to you few tears

of the joy you have given me that remains that grows

to have opened me to you of all I wanted to do and felt and saw and heard

I was at the sea inside your soul

and found my own inside of you

you asked me

I felt loved

I felt free to love

you asked me
