But I am kahtonga the keeper of hope
No you are hopeless
Cast now your colored beads into the river
The river desire where your tears fall and flow
Ever they flow to never cease
for you desire but have no hope
are not the beads the hopes and dreams of all
you cannot see hope blinded to beads that are not hope
desire flows endless on
but hope lives ever
there are no binds or bounds of space or time
not forty times forty endless lifetimes
cast your beads into the river below
I kahtonga swallowed hard and threw my fear
Shrill cry of raven parted the smoke and clouds
Sun shined moon reflection of her passion
Rainbow bent
And I could see the face and hear the voice
Of love on the other side
But still not the touch
And each we fell and cried the tears of a lifetime
While raven flew into blue
Brightwhite
Into the black
When I kahtonga opened my eyes I saw raven brightwhite
Gleam of gold brought from the dark where love began
Ravn flew the gap between us and cast this golden arrow into the river
Wound so deep she could no longer flow
And there we two cried until the tears flooded the canyon
I kahtonga swam into laughing eyes
The touch of one
